No really, this thing puts out a whopping 13,000 lumens! They're a bit spendy at $400 each, but can you imagine? Put two on the ceiling and some along the baseboards and you'll never lose that dropped bolt ever again! (Unless you blind yourself in the process)

I wasn't planning on spending $1600 on lights today, so thanks for that.
I really think I need these though. Their fans are amazing.

My dad wants to buy one of their fans for his garage, so once he does that I may try to convince my wife that they're worth it. I do think I'll end up buying one of these if the prices come down in a few years. We just bought our house last year and we have a few things that need attention before I go off spending $400 on "a stupid garage light"

My dad wants one for his shop. It gets to like 116-120 at his shop in the summers down in South Carolina.
I can't believe he doesn't die.

That's exactly the answer I get from my wife.
I am planting seeds, however, as I've managed to accumulate a Big Ass mug and pint glass promo materials they've sent me at work.

I've also planted a few seeds, but of a different strain. Our house gets stupid hot in summer, and part of that was due to the fact that we had incandescent lights all over (6 recessed downlights in our kitchen and 5 in our dining room chandelier), so I replaced them with LEDs lessening the load by 585.5W (imagine having a 600W heater on in your house in the middle of summer). A costly initial investment, but our electric bill has dropped and our house was immediately more comfortable after the install. Since then, she's all about LEDs and energy-efficiency but one of these shop lights may be a stretch.

I've got a 48 x 10 inch Fluorescent Wrap Light in my garage and was expecting this to be comparable although much brighter. This thing is only 23 x 9 inches! I've got lamp shades in my home bigger than that.
